Responsible to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in baking yeasts and ingredients with B2B and Horeca channels.
Work closely with Business & Product leadership to define the product vision, product strategy and product roadmap for Supply management within Client’s B2B and Horeca Marketplace.
- Prepares the yearly Sales plan for the ( Horeca ) with the coordination of their sales team and submits to the Group Commercial Director for approval.
- Communicates and cascades it down to the overseen managers and participates in converting it into monthly measurable targets for their second liners.
- Prepares the Sales policies & procedures manual and submits to the Group Commercial Director to review and approve.
- Monitors their ongoing implementation.
- Incorporates all changes upon their occurrence, and ensures clear communication of those changes to his direct report.
- Sets the standards and performance measures of the Sales operations in line with the department’s strategic objectives, and monitors their timely implementation, and ensures their achievement
- Identifies new sales leads, and expands coverage for the assigned product(s) and communicates arising cross-sales opportunities to the concerned Sales team.
- Conducts sales calls to Key Customers, and provides them with creative solutions to finance their purchase
- Build strong and credible relationship to ensure customer retention and optimum customer satisfaction from the sales experience at our Company.
- Consolidates and analyzes his teams' monthly sales achievements and prepares monthly sales reports highlighting actual versus forecast, providing recommendations for improved performance (if needed).
- Determining monthly goals, Plans and reviewing KPIs and monthly offers with clarifying the strategy for all of this.
- Forecasting market demand.
- Develop and serve, distribution, visibility and coverage plan.
- Ensure all goals and objectives of products availability, coolers, Plano gram.
- Tracking Monthly Sales performance for total areas and each sales point.
- Planning & executing Monthly and annual promotion calendar.
- Follow up &review daily performance of customers and give constructive feedback to sales.
- Reviewing market status " competitive and Imitation products " throw supervisors reports.
- Finding different solutions to control customer's problems to reach to the best result.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects You would be responsible for finding and winning new customers, as well as looking after existing customer accounts
