- Monitor the project schedule and push the work if need.
- Monitor the cash flow and payments.
- Coordinate between the designer and consultant and site works.
- Checking drawing and design for approval.
- Materials and prequalification final approval.
- Offers advice regarding estimated costs and design, materials and time required
for building.
- Oversee the implementation of the construction work to ensure that the work is
going according to the specifications and the terms of the agreement.
- Plans and oversees the modifications and repairs related to buildings.
- Observance conditions and safety requirements.
