6. Manage invoicing and the collection of receivables and payments; verify all vendor invoices and prepare for approval
7. Supervise Monthly all accounts reconciliation
8. Supervise the monthly Ageing Report (AR & AP )
9. Allocating cost to cost centers
10. Projects cash flow
11. Monitoring banks facility line & projects financing
12. Preparing reports for analyzing performance
13. Budgeting upcoming period performance & comparing actual results
14. Assist internal and external auditors in ensuring that audits are completed timely by the year-end through collaborating sufficiently and providing the necessary data.

Prepared Daily Income Purchase Order Invoices.
 Receiving Item from Main Offices and store it.
 Prepared Inventory Monthly Report and making Orders.
 Collect Cash and Cheque from Customers with payment invoices.
 Prepare annually physical Account for all items in Store and report it.

Receiving Daily Absence and Presence Process by Electronic System
(Procsemty).
 Standing on Workers situations and Positions.
 Administration All Employee Problems and Official Requests.
 ( Permission, Reward, Punishment and Bonus ) Process monthly.
 Prepared Monthly report of employee's Potions as per salary Request.
 Handel payable and receivable within day
