Ampoule and eye drops departments
Job Description:
Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
• Creating engineering solutions, upgrades and modifications regarding the production
machines and the production area layout
• Following up spare parts procurement process and revising spare parts store periodically.
• Assessing the needs for equipment replacements and establish replacement programs
When due.
• Application of scheduling and project management principles to replacement programs
• Technical support engineering for studying new projects
Specific technical experience:
1-Ampule and eye drops departments
Sterile Preparation:
1-Steam sterilizers -Autoclaves-(ICOS&DELAMA)
2- Dry air sterilizers - ovens (ICOS&LAST)
3- Vial washing machine (IMA Hydra)
Sterile Filling & Processing:
1-ampoule, vial& eye drops liquid filling-(ROTA-IMA-FARMOMAC)
2- Freeze dryer -Lyphilizer- (KLEE)
Labeling and packing
1-Vial labeling machines (IMA) 2-Vial& Eye drops cartoning machines (IMA -thermoforming lines)
Ampoule inspection machines:
1-Optrel Stevanato (MCA400)
2-CONVEL
Al-Qadi Automotive Company, the authorized agent, based in the 10th of Ramadan, carries Chevrolet and Opel
brands and trucks such as Jampo 7000, 8000 and N300 of the Chevrolet brand, and works in quick maintenance
and some engine overhauls.
Responsibilities:
I have been working as a workshop engineer, managing the workshop and its tasks, organizing technicians
to work, organizing the workshop, and examining cars with dedicated devices such as (MDI 1, MDI2, and
GDS software)
An office in Nasr City for contracting and selling some products such as diaphragm pumps and water desalination filters
