Perform general administrative tasks for the Maintenance Department. This includes employee record keeping, vacation schedules, reporting on a variety of items within the Maintenance Department, and providing guidance and assistance on Training both from an orientation and on-going basis.
Design a complete cycle for the management of preventive and predictive maintenance (Inspection, Notification, Work Order) with its implementation via SAP System
Generates, prints, sorts and distributes Preventive Maintenance work orders.
Development of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for the evaluation of the maintenance cycle.
Generates reports from SAP on the daily, monthly and annually amounts from the General Ledger to track amount expended on stock items and non-stock expenditures.
Development and application of the CMMS Standard Operating Procedures, monitoring their effective application through audits and corrective actions.
Enters all function location or equipment daily work hours by work order number into SAP to track for labor cost on each location or equipment.
Validation and updating the Physical Structure in the SAP System (Functional Location and Equipment's).
Familiar with all maintenance department functions in order to direct calls for work to be completed throughout the plant.
Startup of the procedures for Bill of Materials (BoM) including the criteria for the management of BoM according to the reservation and consumption of actual spares.
Tracks hourly employee attendance records and schedules vacation time for employees in the maintenance department.
SAP R/3 End User training with material and presentation preparations.
Assists Managers and Superintendents with entering purchasing requisitions into SAP and completing requisitions for purchasing items.
New management In Cross Application Time Sheet (CATS) of external contractors and its link with Time Attendance System
Design technical processes configuration, implementation and the Proposition of evolutionary maintenance of SAP maintenance management system, particularly on SAP PM and CATS modules.
Review inventory and control Maintenance cost monthly end sheet and during Shut Down.
Notifies CMM Task group of irregularities in the process that may require a temporary stoppage, reviews any potential changes in the process.
Management of Break down maintenance, corrective maintenance (Notification, Work Order) with its implementation via SAP System.
Follow up actual Maintenance cost and make reports for compare with Maintenance budget.
