-Prepared status reports related to the implementation of training and development plans in order to update line manager/senior staff on progress.
-Coordinated and followed-up with colleges/universities as well as students regarding internships/work placement programs.
-Conducted the necessary coordination and followed-up with regard to Personal Development Plans (PDP’s) in order to ensure the timely implementation of the quarterly training plan.
-Provided training course details (e.g. course outlines, dates, etc.) to internal business units, as requested, in order to support them in establishing their employees’ annual training plans.
-Performed any other relevant tasks as they arise and as delegated by the line manager.
