Installing/upgrading, configuring (routine, standard) and maintaining ICT systems, tools and equipment.
Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP.. etc.
Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security.
Designing and installing telecommunication equipment and facilities such as switching system, optical fiber optics,
microwave transmission systems, VSAT and IP networks.
Assisting in routine operation and monitoring of server systems, telecommunications and network.

•Monitoring network connectivity, usage and security including real-time monitoring, VPN, Firewalls and iptables and Logs analysis.
•Control network access and users accounts, group policy, passwords, access lists and firewalls.

To provide general IT consultancy services and support to the organization and Supervision of the IT infrastructure, that’s include the following :-
•Installation, configuration and maintenance for all IT equipment.
•LAN and Internet Implementation and monitor.
•Trouble shooting software/hardware problems and network connectivity.
•Server administration (win 2003/2008).
•Antivirus software installation and updates.
