➢ HR Operations: Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding, Visa Procedures, Training programs, Attendance, Vacation, filing, official letters (EN, AR), Business Trip organizing, and performance appraisal, Reward System, Translations, Online Government Procedures.
➢ Employee relations “Arab & Non-Arab Staff” and PRO’s coordination in UAE & GCC.
Serve as a link between Business Leaders in KSA and employees in Sudan by implement the administrative decisions and policies and match it with Sudan Employment Law and handling questions, interpreting administrative decisions for employees and helping resolve work-related problems and maintain strong relationships to support the People, Cultural, Policies, Strategies, HR Systems and Work environment of the company.
Manage day to day HR Processes and activities with HR Team, including : Recruitment, Attendance system, Payroll, Vacation, Performance evaluation reports, Upgrades, Rewards, Punishments, Grievances, Separations, Resignations, Employee Relations, ID cards, Bank accounts for new employees, Health Insurance, . And save all documents related to staff and archive documents.
Identify staff vacancies and applying the Recruitment Process (job advertisements, Screening, Shortlisting, Interviewing program, Employment Offer and Joining Process and counseling managers on candidate selection.
Preparing and writing internal and external administrative reports and Conducting Employee Induction Program, Employee relations, Measuring employee satisfaction and Improvement performance and development for managers and their teams by implementing the training and development agenda that provide from The Main Branch IN Jeddah (KSA).
Submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the related local government bodies, licenses and records related to the company including car registrations, Trade License, labor permits, foreign license, transport services, housing, travel bookings, booking hotels and halls for employees and visitors within and outside the country etc.
Save all documents related to staff and follow-up procedures of Personnel.
Manage all HR Processes and activities.
Interpreting and clarifying the companies HR policies & practices.
Submit applications and paperwork to the related local government bodies, car registrations, Trade License, labor permits, foreign license, transport services, housing, travel bookings, booking hotels and halls for employees and visitors within and outside the country etc
Conduct benefits administration for + 200 employees.
Developing reports for HR Manager on staff sick leave, absences and leave.
Medical Claims Review, Report, Managing Department Issues and problems.
Master Degree In Business Administration
