from last two years i worked for projects in execution of chillers plants, pump rooms, piping layouts, air handling units, fan coil units, ducting installation, sanitary setup, sewer lines, plumbing installation, fire sprinkler installation, fire hose and hydrant, water treatment setup.
the project was located at central market jaipur and the jewel bhopal,
project was executed under time frame of consultants that was planned.
my team with engineers, managers and supervisors with some junior staff.

Responsibility:
• Co-ordination and Liaison with consultants, architects, and other agencies involved for the projects.
• Exercising effective management over the Site Supervisors/Foremen & workforce on site.
• Sustainable energy solutions through optimizing with limited resources.
• Supervision of Ducting, Plenum, Grills, Diffusers, Dampers and its insulation along with erection of high side works such as Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers,
AHU’s, FCU’s, Package unit, Split and window units.
• Supervision of Piping layout, Fittings, Valves (gate valves, ball valves), Pressure Gauges, Thermostats installations and cross-check.
• Supervision of plumbing, sanitary, water supply systems
• Supervision of fire fighting, co2 cylinders types, sprinklers systems and its installation and commissioning.
• Supervision of Electrical layout, wirings, conduiting, fixtures, MCBs, MCCBs, electrical panels, switches, lightings and its installations.
• Ensuring that safety rules and regulations are communicated to the personnel and are fully enforced.
• Ensuring that work is executed in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications.
• Preparation of Work Schedule Charts.
• Evaluate bottlenecks for completion within time frame and sort-out so in accordance project planning tools and software.
• Installation, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of the Project.
• Client Billing and Checking of Contractors Billing.
