• Managing & handling customer’s requirements, inquires, complains & services.
• Communicate with the other station (aramex station) to solve and move the our shipments to our station (Kuwait).
• Coordinating between customers (project accounts) & all deferent business units.
• Handling the angry clients and do my best to finalize the problem as soon as possible
• Visit our current clients to ask them about our service/products and if there is any problems or suggestions.
• Visit the Potential customers to offer them our service/products.
• Coordinate between the clients and the company.
• Managing & handling customer’s requirements, inquires, complains & services.
• Coordinating between customers (project accounts) & all deferent business units - Home Building Materials Division.
• Follow up projects progress & quotations in order to promote and increase sales.
• Guide & advice customers, introducing, supporting all business units activities.
