My Duties and Responsibilities as a Supply Chain Manager Design procurement processes, plan material purchases, manage vendors and relationships, and lead the purchase committee. Develop inbound logistics processes, plan inventory replenishment, and manage warehouse activities. Plan production and distribution for outbound logistics to three countries and 14 regional hubs. Manage logistics and distribution of final products to over 12600 outlets daily, including fresh dairy, juice, freshly squeezed juice, meat, bakery, and animal feed. Manage the fleet through the latest GPS systems. Directly manage associates including the procurement manager, operation manager, outbound logistics in-charge, and logistics planning manager.

As a storekeeper, my duties and responsibilities include managing inventory levels, receiving and storing incoming goods, organizing and maintaining the storage area, and overseeing the retrieval and dispatch of goods. I am responsible for ensuring that all items are properlylabeled, stored, and accounted for, and that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, I am responsible for maintaining a clean and organized storage area and ensuring that all safety procedures are followed.
