I was working with Synopsis Solutions Ltd. from June 2010 till June 2014 as an IT Engineer.
Following are my duties at this position:
• Assisted users, on both PC’s and Macintoshes, with problems connecting to the internal Ethernet network, including e-mail, file servers, web access, backup programs, and file sharing.
• Setup VLANS, Routing protocols configuration on Cisco routers and switches
• Systems administration maintenance and monitoring various day to day operations.
• Reported job tasks and time spent in Jira Agile project management software.
• User administration and management like add/change/delete
• All aspects of desktop support including user assistance, software and hardware maintenance.
• Installation and troubleshooting of Network and local printer, printer sharing.
• Router and access point setup, networking, and crimping cable.

• Traced IP problems and helped maintained the complicated address structure.

I have been working with Habib Bank Limited as a computer engineer. There were a network of 75 HBL bank brances in Faisalabad region. All the branches are using a software application for their daily transactions and at the day end they have to send their daily transactions data to head office Karachi using WAN and Dialup connection. Following are my duties at this position:
• Provide training to managerial and clerical staff and complete installation of banking software SIMEX/MISYS-SYSTEM.
• Provide training and complete installation of Bank Compliance System.
• Handle all IT related activities needed by the bank.
• Plan and Implement Head Office and Branches networks with VPN.
• Provided access to new users and assigned them a security level which permitted them to access information and applications.
• Backup Management, Reporting and Recovery.
• Installation and configuration of OS and all relevant software.
• Outlook configures and back up outlook, restore outlook backup.
• Software (System/Application) Installation and Troubleshooting.
• Hardware Troubleshooting of Desktops & Laptops.
