4.Reviewed batch records and in-process documentation for accuracy.
5.Entered and changed recipes in the equipment control system.
6.Monitored various metrics and measurements; performed operations as describe by Sop's under GMP.
1.Milk Receiving and Pasteurization.
2.Juice pasteurization.
3.Monitoring of quality and analysis of milk.
4.Fully concept and responsibility to ensure proper CIP (Cleaning in Places) of plant with 6 Ts. .
6.Check and monitor the parameter according to SOP.
7.Batch making according to SOPs and As per Quality and safety instructions and batch documentation.
1.Perform basic maintenance of plant equipments
2.Hands on experience of working on PLC-HMI.
3.Milk Thermization, Standardization with cold & Warm skimmers.
4.To handle Start up & Shutdown activities.
5.Complete documentation of shift(Log book, Batches and mixing summary etc).
5.Strong communication skills by verbal, log book, e-mail and notice board.
6.Wrote work permits and lock-out tag out of equipment for repair.
7.SCANIMA operation for recombination and slurry preparation for Powder & Liquid Products
3 years Diploma of Associate Engineering in Chemical Technology.
