• Coordinate NDT activities (VT, PT, MT, UT, RT) and review reports.
• Witness hydrostatic and leak testing activities.
• Monitor structural steel erection, alignment, plumbness, levelness, and bolt tightening inspections.
• Raise NCRs and verify corrective action implementation.
• Prepare inspection reports, punch lists, and quality dossiers.
• Coordinate inspections with Client and Third-Party Inspectors.

• Conduct material receiving, fit-up, welding, dimensional, and final inspections.
• Inspect structural steel components including columns, beams, trusses, platforms, ladders, and handrails.
• Verify welding activities as per approved WPS/PQR requirements.
• Coordinate and witness NDT activities and review reports.
• Perform surface preparation, blasting, painting, and DFT inspections.
• Verify structural steel erection, bolt tightening, alignment, and dimensional tolerances.
• Monitor preservation activities and quality compliance throughout fabrication.
• Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, punch lists, and turnover dossiers.
• Participate in client inspections, audits, and project handover activities.
