 In the position of project procurement manager (MC for NGL3100 project) in PIDMCO (Petrochemical Industries Development Management Company), my scope of work is as follows:  Evaluate all of the select vendor process till placing orders for them.  Tracing all of the equipment status until arrive at site.  Control all transaction via L/C and check the relevant bank documents.  Preparing the relevant progressive report in order to achieve the plan progress.  Providing solutions to get out of critical points.

 Sourcing: Make provide the European manufacturers sourcing for supplying mechanical equipment in Oil, Gas & Petrochemical fields. Particularly in valves business, our company is exclusive agent of Delta Pacific Valve manufacturer company (DPV) who is one of reputable British companies and is sole agent of one of famous Chinese valves manufacturer called Shenjiang Valve Co., Ltd. (SJV).Also work on BABCOCK Valves one of famous Spanish company products.  Supply the bulk instrument material such as the instrument valves, pipe and fitting with high pressure from one of famous South Korean company called BMT.  Marketing & Sales: improve our clients chain and support them via consulting the best technical services and after sales services.  Procurement: taking the inquiries from our clients and submit our technical and commercial proposal based on our sourcing.

 Coordinate with European manufacturers in order to supply our customers requirements such as RINGOVALVULAS/Spain (valve manufacturer) PTCL/UK (Piping Material Supplier) AKAY/ Netherland (Pump Manufacturer).  All activities from marketing and sales, logistic had done by our team in procurement department.

 Reporting to member of boards: Prepare monthly cash flow report based on all companys departments business for using in company policy.  Projects Control: Control of all activities belonging the current company projects through utilizing of the relevant WBS and time schedule via using Microsoft Project Control (MSP) and Primavera P6.
