Dual Reporting to Senior Manager- Finance and CFO
GST Responsibilities :
•Spearheaded and managed all aspects of the function of GST implementation and ensuring that the GST is implemented smoothly within the group.
•Worked closely with GST consultants DeloitteHaskins & Sells LLP and SAP software vendor SIfy on GST implementation and tested the updated GST accounting system before go-live.
•Complying and maintaining of GST records and to co-ordinate with Operations Team within the group to ensure smooth & accurate overall running of sales billing and costing.
•To liaise with both internal and external parties including financial institutions, auditors, tax agents, tax authorities, company secretaries, government bodies for statutory and legislative requirements.
•Safeguarding respective businesses interests against GST risk exposures.
•Providing regular updates to clients on various GST regulatory changes.
•GST compliances such as filing of Form/ return GSTR3B, GSTR1, GSTR2 & Tran 1 Form, taking registration; and now working on GST Audit Annual Return i.e. GSTR-9 and 9C.

MIS Responsibilities:
•Control & review of all Balance Sheet accounts of Vendors’ balances on monthly and quarterly basis reconciling.
•Collaborate with BU Finance Partners and Accounting team to assist with monthly closes, P&L analysis, GL Transfer, expense analysis.
•MIS Reports, Audit compliances &preparation of schedules for audit.
•Periodic review of all Balance Sheet schedules and initiate corrective measures for closure of all aged open items.
•Monthly variance analysis for charge accounts - updating the reasons thereon to all stake holders. Review of monthly / Quarterly /Annual SL-GL Reconciliation
Process (KPO) for Annual Report Analysis @ MphasiSYr
Verifying activities including preparation of Cash/ Bank Book, G/L, Purchase, Sale, Nominal ledgers.
•Finalizing all books of accounts and verifying Bank Reconciliation Statement Verifying statutory documents like Sales tax return, TDS, Proff. Tax etc
