concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.

• Site Preparation & Planning: Reviewing geotechnical reports, understanding soil bearing
capacities, and marking pile layouts prior to commencement.
• Execution & Supervision: Managing the day-to-day operation of heavy piling machinery (e.g.,
rotary drilling rigs, hydraulic hammers). This includes monitoring the drilling depth,
verticality, reinforcement cage installation, and the concreting process.
• Quality Control: Ensuring adherence to civil tolerances, managing slump tests for concrete,
checking rebar specifications, and overseeing post-installation testing (like Pile Integrity
Testing or Load Tests).
• Safety & Compliance: Enforcing strict construction site safety rules, checking equipment, and
compiling daily progress reports and risk assessments.
• Troubleshooting: Resolving on-site issues like the collapse of a bored hole, underground
obstructions, or alignment deviations.

• Supervised a workforce/ workers, ensuring daily progress aligned with project schedules.
• Improved quality control practices, reducing rework.
• Facilitated coordination between contractors and engineering teams for effective site
operations.
