● Responsible for a wide range of communication on behalf of the Department, both internal and external.

Director of the Office of the General Director of Support Services (2004 - 2017):
Responsibilities:
● Managed a range of office management tasks including monitoring of admin mailboxes, distribution of correspondence and reports, records management, meeting administration and detailed recording of complex meetings within strict timescales, financial transactions and input of information to the Management System.
