Strategic Planning:
•Advise and develop strategies for new QET business units and projects also ensure that the vision and guiding principles are maintained throughout the process
•Assess and quantify the financial impact of new value creating businesses and projects to the corporate division in the banks that QET is dealing with, including the management of tendering, bonds opening & L/C ‘s with the manufacturers, that QET were agents for.
•Contract management including getting many dealer & agency contracts with such as :SETAS-TURKEY, ACTARIS-FRANCE, KONDASCAPACITORS-TURKEY, POWERTRONIX-ITALY, SCHLUMBERGER-FRANCE, SEVES-FRANCE, FIREPRO-CYPRUS, AFL TELECOMMUNICATIONS-ENGLAND, EGI-FRANCE, FARSCHOUKH-GERMANY, EVERFOCUS-TAIWAN, KENTEC ELECTRONICS-ENGLAND, UNIPEX-JAPAN, AHUJA-INDIA, JUNJAN-INDIA, CAHORS-SPAIN, AQUA ALARM-ENGLAND, ELPA-TURKEY, OEZ s.r.o-SPAIN.
•Attending many tenders in the Medium, high voltage utilities, Generator substations, equipment’s & Utilities dealing with various manufacturers over the world, such as the MV, & HV substations, Cable accessories, Insulators, load break switches, Metering, SF6 Circuit Breakers, RMU Units, FAG Units, MV Cables….etc, and all related tenders for the Electricity companies in Jordan.
•Organizing the new business that was opened in QET of dealing with the latest green technologies especially after the world economic crises, also the increase of power bill.
•Concentrating on the alternative products that provides the latest technology & lowest price, such as making the QET the master dealers for the new Green Fire Fighting systems of Fire Pro, where its pipe less & green, & cost effective.
•The management of several departments such as the:
•Low Voltage power division (UPS’s & Generators),
• High & Medium Voltage Division ( MV Substations, HV Insulators, HV load break Switches, Electrical & Electronic digital Meters, SF6 Circuit Breakers, capacitors, insulator washing machines…etc)
•Fire Fighting Division (Fire Extinguishing Aerosol Systems Fire Pro, alarm & extinguishing panels…etc)
•Solar energy Division ( Solar solutions for domestic & commercial plants)
•Computer site preparation’s Division (turnkey projects integrating UPS, Generator, AC units, Fire Fighting, Leakage & temperature detection systems, access control, ceiling, raised floor….etc)
•Communication Division (Thuraya partners) among using the BEGAN Receiver & the FDU-XT Satellite units for the independent communications & installing many projects such as for SHELL-Jordan.
Business Development:
•Negotiate and structure partnerships, contracts and JVs for QET investments.
•Assisting in the assessment of new product’s investment opportunities and business planning for the latest market needs.
•Assisting in carrying out trading development to be included with the latest projects to grow specific market segments.
Corporate contract Performance:
•Review and assess the Key Performance Indicators for the organization.
•Setting up plans for QET Business Partnership in the market, as an evaluation reports.
•Generate and Present the monthly overall Performance Pack to the Executive Committee.
•Identifying appropriate performance indicators within budgetary accounting reports against which to monitor progress, and the development and testing of new indicators.
•Identifying appropriate benchmarking information and commissioning data analyses to support the company’s objectives.
•Involved in promoting the importance and understanding of performance management and data quality across the organization.
