gas facilities, GES+ compressor replacement at Ras Tanura Refinery, and offshore platform
developments — through review, optimization, and detailed design of process systems.
• Create, update, and review core engineering documents — basis of design, process descriptions and
summaries, heat & material balances, hazardous material schedules, line lists, equipment sizing, and
process simulations — together with PFDs and P&IDs, in line with Aramco SAES/SAEP, API, and ASME
standards.
• Perform hydraulic, pressure relief, and PSV sizing calculations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient
operation.
• Contribute to HAZOP studies, supporting hazard identification, risk assessment, and process safety.
• Size equipment and process systems for multiple units across FEED and detailed design phases.
• Produce engineering reports, specifications, data sheets, and technical requisitions, collaborating with
multidisciplinary teams.
