I am the project manager of a brand new solution called Tivios, which offers transport planning and optimization in the form of Software as a Service (SaaS)
Tivios is a 2.5M Euro project, developed by IBM.
My role includes:


• Act as Project Owner in the Tivios Project with all internal & external stakeholders (IBM & Atos Origin);

• Drive the implementation;

• Support the negotiation cycle with WKTS management;

• Support project-chartering process and setup;

• Estimate the project's effort from functional change requirements, working with technical domain experts;

• Plan, schedule and track projects, with related cost estimation and scope control responsibilities & mitigate project risks;

• Provide oversight and control of any external resources contracted to the project;

• Follow the Tollgate process (Lean 6 Sigma) and prepare gate reviews with stakeholders.

- the creation of high-level requirements definition for system processes and products (including developing project objectives and plans, verifying work and utilizing traceability methods)
- the follow-up of the projects by verifying and validating contract deliverables (development offshore in India) in the context of agreed upon specifications and financial program assessment by means of monthly ETC exercise.
- the generation of post implementation documentation (release notes, support plans, training, ..)
- the support of live e-services by isolating problem areas, identifying root causes of problems and initiating actions for solving them.

• I have also been deeply involved in the testing scenarios for the migration and the new Sales & Marketing features.

• At Mobistar, the project was to implement a new PeopleSoft CRM for Call Centre agents and a new Marketing Campaign tool (UNICA) directly plugged on the PeopleSoft CRM.
• My role was to:
- Design the data flow between UNICA and PeopleSoft

• I have also participated to the stress and load test sessions on the new CRM application, by developing stress test scripts simulating hundred agents working with the CRM.
