As a business development professional my responsibilities where:
• Responsible to generate and sign new corporate clients.
• Retention of the existing business and strengthening the business relations.
• Building long-term relationship with the corporate clients.
• Visiting clients directly as per their request for understanding their needs.
• Comparing their requirements with market standards.
• Maintaining and facilitating the training calendar based on client needs.
• Involving in legal escalations at agreement level, contract initiation for new clients and coordination with HRA and legal team over the same.
• Enable recruitments by coordinating for smooth execution with function heads, line managers and recruiters.
• Working directly with senior management to implement high-level policies and bring new initiatives into the process of acquiring client.
• Taking care of documentation, signing agreements, preparing Legal agreements, compliance related issues etc.
• Interact with Procurement and Legal for processing new contracts.
• Handling full-time placements and further invoicing the vendors / clients for Payments etc.
• Design and implement strategic sales and marketing plans, so that the sales goals are achieved.
• Organizing sales promotions in corporate.
• Creation and support of Client relation and retention strategies for existing Client base and for new Clients.
• Actively supported the preparation of promotions, Exhibition events to attract new customers.
• Assured that the sales enquiry process is conducted in a timely manner and internal procedures are taken care for customer satisfaction.
• Supported incoming enquires, co-ordinate with the customers and close the deal.
Worked directly with customers via telephone, and email to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new products and/or services
Educated customers on product offerings and services to improve their "on-line presence" and explained pricing and answered questions from customers building value in the customer relationship.
Followed up with customer via telephone and email
Identified customer issues and provided appropriate solutions via up sell of additional products and services and obtains customer commitment and facilitates delivery of product.
Placed a minimum of 60 to 70 outbound calls each day

I started working from 2011 as I had 2 year back and I did not want to waste my time. My engineering background along with management experience has allowed me to blend engineering skills and business knowledge that is needed to develop innovative solutions to complex business problem.
