The scope of my present responsibilities in the company includes:

• Monitoring employee master data and time & attendance input into SAP Time Management to ensure payroll’s accuracy.
• Providing the required inputs (data) to Finance for monthly payroll processing.

This includes liaison with Recruitment and Immigration Sections to ensure information obtained is checked and verified.
• Handling cases of long absence, warning letters recommended by the Dept. including reasons and eligibility, issuing letters as appropriate.
• Dealing with disputes, arguments, misunderstandings etc. arising among staff themselves or between staff and the Dept., making investigative interviews, researching background and history regarding the dispute and the employee(s) involved, writing a report with a recommendation for management action in accordance with the Company’s Personnel Policies and Procedures
