Handling Of Reactor To Perform Simple Distillation &Vacuum Distillation, Drying Operations,
Mixing Operations, Filtration Operation.
Familiar with shift production planning & DPR preparation.
➢ Reactor handling, Toluene handling, Propylene handling, Catalyst handling.
(Potassium Dichromate, Sodium Metal).
➢ Maintain Temperature & Pressure.
➢ Handling of Continuous and Batch Process.
➢ Monitor the loading and unloading activities during the shift Coordinate with QC lab for results of
samples and report to seniors.
➢ Continuous monitoring of running maintenance jobs and safety measures.
➢ Regularly check process parameter and running equipment and give feedback to sift in charge.
➢ Familiar with the Work Permit System.
