•Comply with all relevant legislation (KYC, Banking Code, service standards fraud prevention and money laundering procedures
•Participate in system administration and adhere to the group IT security policies.
•Ensuring that mail is processed in accordance with schedule and maintaining registered mail records and incoming and out coming mail registers
•Performance in clerical function such as filing, typing, Data Capture and sorting mail.
•Maintains branch stock and initiates re-ordering in accordance with the inventory levels.
•Doing Business Operations Servicing Officer as well as Supervisory duties in the absence of staff members or when demand enquires has exposed me to different operational departments.
