• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports.
• Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
• Assist with compilation of information for preparation of tax returns.
• Coordinating the budget process.
• Coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Perform and oversee annual audits.
• Oversees the daily accounting activities required to maintain the Authority’s general ledger.
• Cash management (including placement/movement of funds in various trusts).
• Reviews general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting.
• Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
• Actively review and advise on financial/VAT/accounting processes.
• Financial audit preparation (Arabic & English) and coordinate the audit process.
• Checking journal entries and reconciles general ledger and subsidiary accounts; reviewing monthly financial statements.
• Supervises and verifying Motor Claims LPOs processing/settlements/Total Loss/Salvage/compromise.
• Dealing and handling with Banks (Opening new companies - Bank guarantee - Import /Export, B/L, LC - etc.)
• Preparation of all accounting entries for the accounts of journal entries, posting to the ledger, preparing the trial balance, making the adjustments entries.
• Participate in the preparation of final accounts and budgets, and also in addition to the work in Income Tax and Sales Tax.
