Estimation, preparation and assigning the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc.
Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards and ensure daily problems are resolved.
Kept all clients, architects and consultants updated on project progress.

Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
Managing technical issues, shop drawings and Single Line Diagrams.
Plans the execution of all MEP related works and coordinates the works to Electrical, mechanical and civil group.
Doing all inspections for installed installation and testing to verify prior to inspection by the consultant Engineer
Preparing weekly reports on activities carried out and discussion the schedule and progress with the consultant.
Assist in project from start to finish, with the specified specifications, budget and time.
Handing over completed project work
Apply Project management knowledge and use personal
Checking the material received on site to be in compliance with requirements.
Managing technical issues and shop drawings.
Prepare electrical (power & lighting), fire alarm systems, Low current systems drawings.
Obtain drawing approvals from consultants for execution of work.
Dealing with client and consultant, executive meetings etc.
Investigate problems and recommend solutions
