• Technical Project management for Sport Five (Lagardere Sports) Africa for local broadcast and African states for all of their CAF /World Cup Qualifier matches.
• Planning the technical aspects of production, ensuring equipment is ready and technical checks are completed before recording sessions or live broadcast begins.
• Facilitation with project managers from broadcast houses like (SABC/Supersport, African broadcasters) to ensure that technical services can be deployed as planned.
• Plan transmission test on site for the Digital Satellite New Gathering (DSNG) and the broadcast company and test and check with Master Control Room (MCR).
• Ensure that the transmitted feed is encrypted.
• Manage technical coordination between broadcast/production facilities and transmission facilities on site.
• Manage coordination or communication between radio transmission facilities and broadcast company on site.
• Stakeholder management including match commissioners, media manager of association, National broadcaster to ensure that broadcasting is occurring as per plan.
• Assists to identify and mitigate any risk areas for the Project Director.
• Compile project report to be submitted to the Competition manager/Project Director.
• RF/Microwave Links (point to point) installations and operations for News and Sport.
• Doing Up-Link RF/Satellite Transmission (DSNG) operations for News and Sport.
• Conducting new site surveys for Radio and Transmission network for expansions and new project works.
