From JAN 2009 until now, I am working with STC in IT department as a part of Integration team(EAI-DC). We are responsible of linked all STC systems together (eg. 902, 907, ICMS, SIBEL, …etc) . Also responsible of linked all STC and non STC systems together.(eg. SADAD, SIMAH, MNP/NPC, …etc).
- Installing WebMethod Integration Server on production environment.
- Moving application codes from Test environment to Production.
- Test the service on production and monitor the transactions and logs.
- Monitor the services flow and fix all kinds of issues on EAI production and if the issue is related to other systems a Trouble Ticket will opened with the respective team.
From SEP 2007 until JAN 2009, I am working with NCR Corporation (Saudi Arabia branch) in Payment Solution department as Professional Service Consultant and I am responsible for :
- Being part of the team implementing Electronic Image-Base Check Clearing System "e-Check Project" in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Providing Software & Hardware support for the e-Check Applications
- Writing System Requirement Specifications and Statements of work
- Providing Pre-sales activities and technical demos for customers
- Conducting workshops and technical trainings on the e-Check applications
- Installing/configuring/troubleshooting software applications for SAMA e-Check project pilot phases.
