Responsible for overall function of finance department within the Organization, includes
• Overseeing closure of monthly trial balance
• Monthly management reporting which includes a complete set of financial statements and various routine analysis
• Planning and managing cash flows of the company

• Managing bank relationships including negotiating terms and bank charges
• Petty cash and cash related management
• Net Suite 2016 ERP implementation
• Dealing with HR Software and HRM individually and Visa Processing.
Organizing the training of clients - Work on Cash Management in Oracle Financials - Prepare data loading in excel sheets for loading in test and prod instance
Responsible for overall receivable and payable accounts within the Organization, my responsibilities include
• Overseeing closure of monthly receivable and payable accounts and managing them using QuickBooks.
• Analysis of short term payments and receipts
• Weekly payments Planning.
• Planning and managing cash flows of the company
• Implementing and reviewing internal controls to safeguard assets of the company
