Completed preventive maintenance procedures on all vehicles in record time
Contribute to the reliability and integrity of the mechanical equipment and structures by the application of reliability centred techniques and work execution within an ISO certified assurance system.
Introduce systems and tools to the complex that will continuously and execute work and ensure history data is entered and maintained.
Operate workshop machines including radial arm drills, milling machines, centre lathes, dynamic balancing machines and RV/ Control valve test benches.
Introduce systems and tools to the complex that will continuously, and where possible in a step change, improve the availability of the complex.
Manage the operation of the mechanical section at Triologic Solutions.
Operate and maintain (mechanical side) station power generation facilities. Liaise with relevant trade groups regarding power house maintenance requirements.
Manage and maintain mobile and stationary mechanical plant and equipment (portable generators/pumps, 4x4 tractors, forklifts etc).
Operate plant and equipment as required (loaders, forklifts, tractors, etc).
Provide mechanical engineering services to various user groups.
Provide operator training/endorsement on vehicles and plant as required.
Manage fuel and lube storage.
Manage mechanical spares and consumable stock.
Support station operations as required.
Support field operations as required.
Diagnosed and performed accurately all phases of vehicle repair.
Removed, cleaned, repaired, reinstalled and adjusted all vehicle components.
Assisted Senior Maintenance Technician as needed.
Properly used and legibly completed work orders manually.
Safely used all power and hand-held mechanic's tools.
Selected appropriate action for all vehicle repairs during the diagnostic process.
Responded to all assigned requests for roadside assistance and repair of Authority-maintained vehicles.
Maintained assigned work areas in a safe and clean manner.
Evaluated completed work and conducted final inspection of equipment prior to release back into service.
Cleaned exterior of all Authority-maintained vehicles prior to release back into service, if needed.
Added lubricants and other fluids to all Authority-maintained vehicles as needed.
Strived to complete work and returned vehicle to service before end of shift.
Fuelled Maintenance Department Vehicles and others as needed.
Received, signed for and distributed deliveries for property.
Maintained facility walk-ways (i.e. shovels, sands, etc.) and other grounds- keeping duties, as assigned.

Stripping, fitting and replacing components on vehicles.
Liaising with customers and service reception staff.
Making sure the work bay & garage is tidy and safe to work in.
Carrying out test drives on vehicles to diagnose existing faults.
Investigation faults using special mechanical tools and diagnostic equipment. Ordering or picking up parts from suppliers.
