Job responsibilities :
- Initiate and drive Strategy, policy and procedure formulation process for ZDegree ecommerce business unit and finalise them in close association with the management.
- Coordinate with the consultant, developers and designers to set up and finalise e-commerce website for ZDegree including media planning and functional enhancements. Collaborates in the development and execution of online customer acquisition program.
- Develop a marketing & promotional calendar for Zdegree ecommerce business unit. Serve as digital marketing lead for www.myzdegree.com including day-to-day operation management, and optimization. Identify and develop new traffic-driven opportunities to increase audience and reach.
- Keep monitoring, measuring and updating the site as per the marketing & promotional calendar of ZDegree
- Initiate and lead budgeting process along with GM until finalization and manage the same as far as operating cost, capex and sales turnover are concerned.
- Setting up of sales target for the division in consultation with the GM and Provide strategic direction for ecommerce team to achieve the sales and traffic target. Designs and recommends online sales programs and sets short and long term online sales strategies.
- Serve as primary sales contact for E-Commerce buyers, production manager and project managers
- Developing, measuring and reporting KPIs on monthly basis
- Work cross-functionally to develop a consistent online customer experience and identify opportunities to increase conversion and cultivate improved relationships with the professional prospective audience through dynamic, world-class content.
- Utilize CRM, order management and sales data to sell and support the client experience
- Build Elite/VIP sales through client development and establishing personal relationships and continually look to build client base on all spend levels
- Act as primary liaison for the warehouse, ensuring timely order processing, and communicating relevant updates on product, expected order volume, etc.
- Develop digital marketing plans and proposals including paid/natural search, search engine optimization (SEO) Search engine marketing (SEM), mobile, and web community/customer engagement programs. Analyze and measure business impact for brand awareness, conversion and loyalty.
- Track performance of digital marketing campaigns and KPIs. Evaluate market research, test results, and competitive intelligence to adjust digital marketing strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Proactively develop external partnerships and support contract negotiations with external partners and/or vendors to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the ecommerce marketing investments.
- Manage website assets & content including product set up, homepages, category pages, landing pages & promotional assets. Contribute to e-mail marketing efforts by drafting, segmenting, and launching targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Executes and maintains website product, pricing, promotions and content using e-Commerce tools.
- Communicate with content writers effectively to plan web content and explain them vital details that should be included within the advertisement. Analyze the performance of the web advertisement in increasing sales of the organization.
- Plan and execute benchmarking exercise to monitor the performance of competing ecommerce sites and keep tab on their activities against of ours.
