• Preparing a daily and monthly analysis about the company’s share including prices and trades, reporting to the Investor Relations Director and group CFO.
• Updating the company’s investor presentation and website.
• Assisting in the financial analysis to figure out the company’s actual performance.
• Answering investor phone calls and getting information from other departments to respond and reply accurately to investor information requests.
• Document preparation and information distribution to the company’s investors.
• Creating and updating investor contact database.
• Writing press releases in English and Arabic languages providing investors with company news and progress as well as making announcements clarifying any rumors or misunderstandings.
• Coordinating with and supplying the marketing department with the necessary recent financial figures and share info to update the company’s quarterly magazine.
• Writing letters, running copies, filing (soft and hard copies), data entry.
• Arranging for company and plant tours as well as internal and external meetings.
• Attending meetings with investors as well as conference calls and taking minutes.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with MCDR (Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry), the Egyptian stock exchange representatives and EFSA (Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority), and delivering all documents to them on time such as:
 Financial Statements.
 Internal Audit Reports.
 Board of Directors reports.
 Press Releases.
