As an Intensive Care Nurse, I provide advanced, evidence-based care to critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring and life-support interventions. My core skills include comprehensive patient assessment, early recognition of deterioration, and rapid clinical decision-making in high-acuity situations.
I am skilled in continuous monitoring of vital signs, cardiac rhythms (ECG), oxygen saturation, arterial blood pressure, and neurological status. I provide care for mechanically ventilated patients, including airway management, suctioning, ventilator monitoring, and prevention of ventilator-associated complications.
I safely administer high-risk medications such as vasopressors, sedatives, analgesics, insulin infusions, and antibiotics using infusion pumps, ensuring accurate dosing and close monitoring for adverse effects. I manage intravenous lines, central venous catheters, arterial lines, and ensure strict aseptic techniques to prevent infection.
I perform comprehensive patient care including pressure injury prevention, wound care, fluid balance monitoring, nutritional support (enteral and parenteral), and pain management. I actively participate in emergency situations such as cardiac arrest, septic shock, and respiratory failure, including CPR and advanced life support.
I collaborate closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate ICU documentation, and provide emotional support and education to patients’ families while ensuring patient safety, dignity, and quality of care.

Am working here as a nurse whom takecare of patients and monitor them hourly give medicationat time whith the 10 wrights roles put patients on 45 degree bed ahead for cardiac patient. doing nurse process, nursing diagnosis and assessment.
