a. Ensuring prompt repayment of the delinquent loans while retaining the customer satisfaction at the highest possible level, through effective communication to the delinquent customers over the phone, while strictly maintaining the communication policy of the Organisation.
b. Provide one on one service to the delinquent clients who are visiting the Collection Center, with the similar goal of ensuring prompt repayment while retaining the level of satisfaction of the client at the highest possible level.
c. Provide support various kinds of incoming query regarding information of personal loan and credit card.
d. Regular update the information of approximate payment date of customer and entry in software.
e. Receiving and forwarding various type of letter as per request of customer.
