MOL (Hungarian) Oil & Gas exploration and production company working in TAL block (KPK) in Pakistan. The MOL Company new Makori GPF Plant produce Stabilized Oil capacity 20, 000 BBL, Stabilized Condensate capacity 10, 000 BBL, and a Dew pointed Sales Gas that is injected into the Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Company’s (SNGPL) Pakistan Gas Transmission Network. Makori GPF Plant produces LPG 525 M Ton/day By ORTLOF TECHNOLOGY. The design capacity Natural gas of the new plant is 458 MMSCFD.
To perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of RTU based well head control system, well head control panel (ACS), TEG dehydration system, Turbo Expender and JT controlled HCDP control system, Sale Gas metering, Condensate and crude Oil metering system, LPG, Gas Purification system, Hot oil System, Instrument air compressor, Mercury Recovery Unit, Waukesha Engine, CAT Engine, Cameron Engine, Ajax Compressors and Ariel Compressors
Carried out monthly joint metering calibration with the client (SNGPL)
Installation, simulation, wiring, loop testing and hardware configuration of DCS Honeywell Experian 410.
To perform Preventive, Corrective Maintenance and Calibration of Daniel Gas Chromatograph (GC500) and AMETEK 3050-OLE of sale gas metering system.
To comply with all company Health, Safety and Environment as well as Work Permit, Life Saving Rules, Policies, SOP’s, JSA and Procedures.
To perform regular calibration and maintenance of all safety, fire and gas equipment such as gas monitors, H2S monitors, smoke detectors and heat detectors.
To perform preventive and emergency maintenance on all equipment on site, as well as during machine scheduled or unscheduled shutdowns.
To remove, dismantle, overhaul/repair and install electric, pneumatic, electronic or hydraulic control system such as control valves and actuators, recorders, measuring and recording instruments in the field or in the workshop.
To perform modification of control circuits and/or control loops as per the plant change requests and update all related plant drawings to reflect the actual changes.
To input data into Maximo 6.2 maintenance software system, such as work order activities, inventory of material and spares, failure reports and work force statistics.
To work as key role on Crude Oil decanting facility project at PARCO with control system AB control Logix 5000, Installation of all field instrument, cable lying, Cable termination in marshaling cabinet, Loop simulation and Loop testing.
Alarm Rationalization and Implementation:
Worked on Alarm Rationalization and Implementation project and prioritized the process and system alarms according to ISA 18.2 / IEC 62682 and for KPI record weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports generated to minimize alarm rate as per set target.
Field Side Expertise:
To perform preventive, corrective and diagnostic maintenance on the process control systems and control loops.
To assist other sections such as electrical, Mechanical and workshop in the repair and troubleshooting of their instrument and electronic related systems and test equipment
To perform upgrade and retrofitting of new control instruments to the existing panels in the field and main control room.
To troubleshoot, repair, calibrate and test various types of process control instruments and relay logic, which include pneumatic, electrical and electronic instruments.
03 Years Practical Experience including 02 years Apprenticeship Training Certificate.
Experience in all kinds of equipment for large-scale chemical plant including Ammonia (Catalogue 960 MTPD), Utilities (Gas turbines GE GT 10-1, Waste heat Boiler) and able to proactively work and communicate well a variety of agencies.
Ensure equipment condition monitoring, enabling early identification of equipment requiring major overhaul/repair.
Writing failure notification report with recommendations.
Repairing, Overhauling, Calibration & Installation of all types of field and control room, Electronics and Pneumatics equipment such as Control Valve & Accessories, Transmitters, Switches, Controllers, Recorders and ects.
Installation, simulation, wiring, loop testing, hardware & software configuration of DCS centum CS 3000 R3 yokogawa.
To work as key role on Ammonia Storage Tank (5000 MT &18 meters) project with control system control Logix 5000, Installation of all field instrument, cable lying, Cable termination in marshaling cabinet, Loop simulation and Loop testing.
Three years Diploma of Associate Engineering in Electronics.
