I am leading HR functions across the 110 outlet. 750 employees retail company, spanning across the kingdom through a period of significant internal & external organisational change.
Key Contributions:
• Participated in the development of the personnel team into a full HR function in line with company growth and established this as a critical business partner for the international brand.
• Facilitated the recruitment and on-boarding process for the company; managed recruitment and retention of Saudi nationals in order to meet the company Saudization targets.
• Recruited 504 Saudi nationals in response to the government mandated Saudization/Feminization project.
• Applied innovative talent management techniques to attract, develop and retain quality talent to meet cost and strategic objectives, maximizing the potential of the existing diverse talent mix.
Al-Rajhi Takaful is one of the leading insurance companies in the Kingdom providing shariah compliant Takaful solutions for individuals, families and companies.
Solely handling the full recruitment cycle for the biggest department in the company, Sales Department. Also, I handled the full recruitment cycle for HR & Administration and IT departments.
Key Contributions:
• Leveraged my experience to source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools and social media platforms to find the very best insurance sales candidates, starting from front line to top sales management candidates.
• Developed an effective pipeline of key talent available for immediate hire.
• Developed recruiting metrics and established reporting to measure effectiveness including tracking actual to plan, hiring velocity, quality of hire and speed to hire.
Achievements:
• A full day party and an award from the HR Director & the Recruitment Manager for my outstanding work in the recruitment department and my efforts in closing some of the important key positions in the company.
STC Channels is the leading and one of the largest Telecom distribution companies in the Middle East with operations in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman. Established as a partner of choice for Telecom companies, STC Channels enables connectivity with customers and reaches out to markets with a dynamic range of services and products.
I was hired to manage the project of hiring 390 Saudi Promoters speaking different languages across all STC stores in the kingdom for the span of 9 months. Also, I established and managed the full cycle for STC Channels internal recruitment.
Key Contributions:
• Planning & managing workforce recruitment costs and finalizing talent acquisition budgets in coordination with functional heads in both STC & STC Channels.
• Developed and rolled out an effective on-boarding training program in coordination with training manager to ensure smooth 2 weeks induction for new promoters.
• Established and managed Internal Recruitment Section under recruitment department. Created the workflow and the Ads format for internal announcements. Established monthly tracking reports for all internal candidates to measure the effectiveness of the process and track the success percentage by division by region.

• My main role is to attract top talent and help the company in nationalizing technical optics roles in stores starting by opticians to optometrists across central and eastern regions of the kingdom.
