Managing central store and all projects stores.
* Coordinate with Aramco team for (Materials inspection, Safety
requirements and Storage procedure.
* Prepare and arrange all required documents for materials inspection,
which to be submitted to consultant & main contractor (ARAMCO, Dar
AL Riyadh....)
* Daily visit to stores ( where I present, and weekly visits for another
projects) for check of safety situation, Storage material and chemical
rooms
* Follow up and coordination the supplier to condition the materials on
time delivery on time..
* Check the stock level and compare with the budget quantity
* Managing all site requirement for equipment and machinery.
* Prepare all reports as company procedure on time for all Dep't
* Prepare reports for Availability Materials in Central Store to all
Projects in UAE, KSA and Qatar
* Daily Visits for randomly UAE store projects for checking (Safety,
Chemical Rooms, Storage, Materials Card and all Store Documents).
