• Lead and control projects control team, consists of planning, cost and contract administration.
• Implement Earned Value & Trend analysis, i.e. Project performance analysis (CV, CPI, SV, SPI, ETC, KPI and others).
• Support claims with the appropriate delay analysis including cause and effect and high level narrative
• Prepare different types of reports including dashboard, weekly and monthly progress reports including cost and schedule progress reporting and produce related curves.
• identify mitigation measure and prepare recovery and mitigation plan as appropriate
• Establish, manage, and execute all phases of the project controls requirement (planning/scheduling, cost & risk analysis, change management, and reporting) on scope, cost and schedule.
• Review & prepare a detailed programs, detailed plans and procedures using CPM.
• Cost control; budget / baseline cost estimating, cost planning, cost analysis, cash flow and cost reporting.
• Risk management; risk identification, risk planning, risk contingency and risk reporting.
