> Integration and Configuration of Air Quality Monitoring Analyzers
> Maintenance & Calibration of Analyzers
> Fetching data from Analyzers via XR Software
> Air Quality Data analysis, validation and reporting on Daily basis
> Preparing Quarterly, Monthly and Daily Air Quality reports
> Administration of Company ERP/Database (Generating monthly/annual reports)
> Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

> Compare and Fix the shortages and additional assets with ERP system.
> Capitalization & Tagging of IT Assets.
> Conduct monthly analysis and reporting of financial statements related to fixed assets
> Plan and Schedule Fixed Assets physical counting & verification
> Conduct FA physical counting & verification according to the Plan, all over the Kingdom.
> Printing and pasting of Bar code labels to all Fixed Assets
> Responsible for STC Turnaround Project (Retail Outlet closures, physical and ERP movement of IT Assets)
> Perform ERP assignments according to Physical Movements and Disposals in collaboration with Finance dept.
> Responsible and custodian for company IT store and IT related Fixed Assets.
> IT asset tracking and management
> Helpdesk and desktop support to all On-site and remote users
> Printing of labels and tags for the new equipment.
> Mark and label all computer equipment, before sending to concern branches and beneficiaries.
> Handover all the computer equipment (PCs, Laptops, Printers, Fax Machines and IP Phones) to concern delivery person as per approved documents
> Contact with suppliers regarding warranty issues.
> Co-ordination and Management of Country-wide Learning Resource Centers
> Receive, consolidate and summarize documents and data from other LRCs
> Responsible for smooth running and maintenance of IT equipment (troubleshooting / Software
> Installation etc) at all LRCs.
> Records Management of Office Training records from all LRCs.
> Providing assistance to the Training Manger in creating documents and administration of training sessions.
> Liaison with external Training Agencies, for Registration of Trainees, Training Materials and certification.
> Maintaining Factory’s Training Database and CSI Database
