Prepare Credit Files and Analyze Financial Situations:
Prepare credit file doc and ensure that all the necessary doc are completed and accurate according to Bank procedures, review credit reports prepared by the team and consequently recommendation approval or rejection before to the supervisor.

Handle the files of customers :
by preparing the credit report in order to determine feasibility of granting loans. It includes: analyzing application financial situation, reviewing property investigating on applicant’s situation, studying cash flows, comparing with peers, performing a SWOT analysis and preparing financial projections if needed. Submit the report to the supervisor for approval, Maintain credit files by updating legal and financial documentation and inquiring about customers’ current situation, and accordingly renewing/modifying facilities, pricing conditions and securities.

Build, Sustain, and Improve the Relationship with Debtor Clients:
Study the allocated portfolio of clients and understand each client financial needs, situation and performance, and work on building a relation with the client being a front-liner any advisor, by answering his/her needs, visiting his/her premises on annual basis or need, and giving advices. Suggest tailor-made, structured facilities or remedial actions that suit the client’s business and increase the Bank profitability, and recommend appropriate pricing conditions and securities.

Follow-Up On Debtor Client Accounts:
Review the daily journal of transactions for debtor accounts to control their movement (overdrafts, exceptions, checks issued, transfers, etc.) . Verify the proper execution of approved credit decisions, appropriate actions concerning delinquent customers (improve collateral value modify pricing conditions and securities, etc.), and follow up on the evolution of settlement.
