Design and deliver training programs, whilst ensuring compliance with company policies. Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, such as reviewing senior training professionals’ performance, scheduling/re-streaming training sessions, and monitoring timetables accuracy. Ensure smooth running of training by allocating tasks to senior trainers and collaborating with Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) personnel and testing team as well as Stan/Eval department (that ensure delivery of best quality training). Maintain and update training records by utilising TMIS/LMS system. Identify new opportunities for improvement and provide candid feedback to management for optimising service performance and responsiveness.
• Increased company standards and improved trainee’s communication by monitoring on-time delivery of training materials, while chairing meetings with senior trainers on weekly basis.

Oversee pre-course preparation and updates of training programs. Facilitate trainers by delivering training on management courses. Evaluate training needs as well as coordinate induction and planning programs. Design proper course material, analyse trainees’ learning progress, and record trainees progress on monthly basis. Organise and manage in-house workshops sessions for trainers and provide honest feedback/report.
