Involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes. Ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and Rate and level of quality and responsibility for both human and material resources.

Duties:
• Ensures employee safety training is conducted as required by company policy and that health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Permanent attention and the search for technological development and the participation of all personal exhibitions in the United Arab Emirates (EXPO & Big 5& Steel Fab)
• Study of new projects the necessary of new and sophisticated machinery to ensure our quality and time identifying training needs.
• And always update courses for welders and for humanity trained on new products that its objective to ensure the high quality
• Reviewing worker performance.
• Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
• Initiates hiring when needed to cope with expanding workload.
Ensure productivity to be within Plan Quality required by the Main contract WPS &PQR
• And ensure the weld to be identical to the terms and conditions of the required audit and the conditions required for welding and ensure quality in terms of procedures NDT (Visual, MPT, UT, X RAY, etc)
And to provide the required files in order to send materials to the site
• Performs quality control inspections of fabrications and outgoing orders.
• Assures all work entered into production follows the order processing standards and procedures.
• Coordinates logistics for inbound and outbound freight
• Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
• Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
• Pre Testing--By full-scale mockups or simulated specimens of the process and procedures are proved to give the desired standard of quality.
• Assigned the Qualified people Personnel to the job.

Responsible for estimating the work to be done, identify dependencies, critical path activities, & the resources needed for the project. Providing managerial support for all the projects conducted by the company and also responsible for providing monthly financial and technical updates of any known issues/risks to Senior Manager
