− Manage tips declarations and other monitoring lists
− Analyses training needs of the hotel and prepares an annual training plan
− Coordinates and monitors training plans.
− Organizes a Welcome Day on a regular basis as well as the induction of new team members according to the standards.
− Coordinates and evaluates internal and external training programs
Job Role and Responsibility:
− Provides account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments; cashing checks; issuing savings withdrawals; answering questions in person or on a telephone; referring to other bank services.
− Cross-sells bank products by answering inquiries; informing customers of new services and product promotions; ascertaining customers' needs.
− Complies with bank operations and security procedures by participating in all dual-control functions; maintaining customer traffic surveys; auditing other tellers' currency; assisting in certification of proof.
− Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential
