• Processing of vendors due diligence
• Obtain quotations from Suppliers.
• Get approvals for Prequalification & Material submittal from consultant & Client.
• Check and verify requirement specifications and ensure that supplies would meet the
best standards in terms of time, quality, cost, and terms of payments and are within the
budget in an efficient manner.
• Prepare procurement Plan and follow accordingly.
• Evaluate & prequalify Existing and New Suppliers and register them to appear in the
Approved Vendor List.
• Prepare and maintain a proper filing system for each task in accordance with the
requirement of Quality Standards.
• Coordinating workflow with the client, consultant, main contractor, and MEP
subcontractor
• Executes all procurement tasks such as contacting suppliers, getting quotations,
negotiating purchases and contracts, and evaluating indirect suppliers
• Raise RFQ obtaining quotations from different International & local Suppliers/vendors
validating technically & commercially selected vendors management approval, Manages
Tenders.
• Responsible for the Release of PR & PO and have good experience in ERP systems.
• Effectively and accurately, convey relevant project information to the project team
Prepare and submit technical documents, submittals, and prequalification for
client/consultant approval
• Prepare project closeout documents by collecting warranties, O&M manuals, etc.
• Prepare cost comparative study report to get a financial selection of
vendors/subcontractors & price
• Contributing with ideas to implement cost saving opportunities
• Assisting in vendor evaluations, prequalifications, and selections.
• Reviewing local purchase orders (LPO) in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and
specifications.
• Participate in Internal Procurement Quality Audits.
