• Makes sure all business and trade Licenses are updated, and follow-up official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.
• Accurately prepare and process required legal documents like rent contract attestation in government agencies such as the Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Finance, Customs, Court, Chamber of Commerce, Traffic Department, and Municipality.
• When the need arises, represent the company at different offices like Airport Embassies, Police Station, Ministries/Municipalities, and other Government Departments.
• Execute the wet signature process for contracts, salary certificates, reference letters, and letters for Embassies/ visa application documents
• Collect & send all proper documentation to external parties (Immigration, Payroll, Benefits)
• Create and maintain individual employee files
• Offboarding employees, collecting signatures for immigration documents
• Manage/maintain the various government portals, including the GAZT, MOL, GOSI, QIWA, and Muqeem portals (act as GOSI/MOL
contact for non-electronic services)
• Assist with medical enrollments by reviewing employee submissions, distributing health cards
• Partner with payroll to ensure timely registration of Saudi / GCC nationals with GOSI, and register foreign nationals with GOSI (when
needed)
• Approve local payments from the KSA entity (i.e. bank transactions)
• Act as the point of contact (alongside the GM) for any Ministry of Labour or other official inspections
• Ensure up-to-date with development on the ground in Saudi Arabia in terms of any changes to immigration/ other relevant policies and assist with making sure the company is compliant.
1. Managing all manual tasks related to government relations for the company and its clients.
2. Building knowledge base in relation to procedures, processes, regulations and provide consultation to internal departments on government processes.
3. Monitoring and keeping aware of changes in Saudi Arabian regulation.
4. Assigning and monitoring the execution of operational tasks by the GRO team members.
5. Supervising the timely preparation of all employee-related applications by GROs.
6. Communicate with all employees and their management for all government requests.

3. Following, renewal, maintain all company documents such as CR, Saudization, GOSI, Tax, etc. Coordinate with all agencies for a processing work visa.

Maintain and develop the complaints database generating
performance information and producing management reports,
undertake trend analysis and benchmarking with other service
areas and groups.
