-Response for monitoring main data center & DRC status (power, cooling, fire system, leak detection and humidity) by BMS (Building Management System).

-Manage the process of reporting the data center activities and status to the high management regularly.

-Manage the stability and maintenance of all data centers facilities and components.
-Manage staffing, including recruitment, supervision, development, evaluation and disciplinary actions.
-Member of Disaster Recovery project and now responsible of all facilities and activities related to DRC.
-The first 2 years in Alinma I was responsible for the Application Operation Staff, As operations manager, responsible for managing the employees' work schedule, utilizing the physical resources efficiently, handling the everyday operational issues and daily activities (run daily job, backup and restore) and was responsible for Followed up any issue and activity in SARIE system with SAMA, core bank system and ATMs.
-One of the speakers in DatacenterDynamics Middle East conference in Riyadh this past March 18th.

 Working as a system operator then operator shift leader
 Answering the user’s calls.
 Working as monitoring different machines in KFSHRC (Mainframe, Oracle, UNIX, IBM, and Citrix).
 Run daily schedule and backup for different system.
