Job responsibilities
•Planning and carryout maintenance of the CM and PM jobs in daily basis ensure to safely carryout the tasks at the offshore facilities, work order completion reports, strip-down / overhaul reports, and order spares with reference by catalogues, dossiers and drawings thru Oracle / Maximo / Excel / EDMS.
•Maintaining datas of the equipment, scheduling the PM and CM jobs as per resources availability and interact with operations, warehouse, buyer/vendors and HSE department.
•The platform has various plants like Crude collector/Separator, Power generation, Gas lifts, Water floods & Well heads.
•Create and organize maintenance filing system to keep records of all maintenance activities and machine details, maintain maintenance activities in Facilities works data system, and train maintenance technicians on its use
Initially involved in Construction, Commissioning and startup activities of the EO/EG plant.
•Day to day SHEM concerns, maintenance, overhauling and shut down maintenance of rotating and static equipments in Ethylene oxide and Ethylene glycol plants.
•Preparing JSA, schedules, manpower, other resources, SHE recommendation implementation and technical reports
•Daily tool box talks, cascading the alerts, highlighting safety issues to management and trainer for SHEM sub element.
•Performs other related duties from time to time as per the manager direction.
•Design and implement a range of training programs relating to the discipline of Mechanical Engineering.
•Conduct skills gap analysis in coordination with Line Supervisors and Conduct classroom as well as On the Job training.
•Develop training programs for employees as part of their skills development in their specific discipline
•Monitor trainee performance and provide counseling and support to weaker performers

•Maintaining datas of equipments, Planning / Scheduling and interact with operations, warehouse, buyer/vendors and SHE department.
•The platform has various plants like offshore rigs, Crude collector/Separator, Power generation, Gas lifts, Water floods & Well heads.
•Performed and act as a Safety focal point of the department.

Job responsibilities
•Day to day maintenance, overhauling and shut down maintenance of rotating and static equipments in refineries.
•Preparing maintenance schedules, manpower, spares planning and technical reports.
•Modifications, new equipment erections and installation.
•Participating in the HSE meetings related to the maintenance issues and implementing the solutions.
•Participate in operational HSE activities and coordinate with concerned staff to put into effect corrective and preventative actions against non-conformance
Maintenance of Rotating & Static Equipments in the Petrochemical Plant
•Review, update and maintain technical data, reports and associated documentation related to rotating equipments to ensure safe, efficient and dependable operations.
Good experience in Installation, Planning, Maintenance, Overhauling and Trouble shooting of following Equipments.
Centrifugal pumps - Overhung, Vertical Inline, between bearings horizontal axially split and radically split, multistage horizontal axially split and radically split, submersible, deep well.
Handled different types of mechanical seals such as single, bellows, back to back, tandem.
Rotary, Dozing and Reciprocating pumps
Gas Turbines (GG & PT)
Centrifugal Compressors - Good knowledge in seal oil and lube oil systems, oil film seals, and dry gas seals.
Reciprocating compressors
Gas Engine compressor, 12 Cylinder, 3-Stage compressor
Steam Turbines
Gear Boxes
Blowers and fans
Offshore crane and Winches
Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
Working knowledge of static equipments such as Vessels, Heat exchangers, Towers, columns, Tanks, Heaters, Relief valves, Isolation valves, Safety valves, Reactors, etc.
Worked various shutdowns in offshore platforms and Refinery.
Installation and aligning of rotating equipments using dial and laser methods.
