Managed all HR functions, and managed projects from small changes in policy or procedure
to fundamental review or redundancy exercises. Overseas all aspects of HR services ensuring

Coordinates all administration issues for Contract employees, this includes receiving new employees for orientation and organizing their Human Resources (HR) allocations and entitlements i.e. vacation accruals, housing, airfare entitlement and other benefits as per company policy. Acts as focal points for any HR issues and daily encounters, including employee relation’s issues. Liaises with recruitment and general services or any other Department to provide informed answers. Computation of employee’s annual benefits.
Safety, Health & Environment:
• Conduct monthly Safety Awareness Sessions for all staff.
• Lead and chair the weekly Safety Meetings.
• Ensure that all safety action points in the safety meetings as well as the safety inspection report are done and accomplished.
• See to it that Safety Inspections are regularly conducted by the Safety Supervisor.
• Ensure that maintenance group conduct regular checks on the safety equipment i.e. fire extinguishers, fire hose, fire pump, smoke detectors, fire alarm, emergency lights and CCTV.
• Prepare/write Safety Procedures as required.
• Ensure that medicine kits are maintained and replenished on time.
