- Provides account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments; cashing checks; issuing savings withdrawals and selling cashier's checks,; answering questions in person or on telephone; referring to other bank services
*Control the bank Access, Time attendance and the CC TV software.
*Scan and archive the branches vouchers and provide the scanned vouchers upon request.
*Planning and monitoring the E-Government new and existing services.
*Analyses the services usage report and suggest the action required to improve the customer experience.
*Analyse problems, perform troubleshooting, communicate with site engineer, and Track problems until resolution.
*provide the customer/end user with information and support related to a company's products and services
*Organizes the development effort of a systems solution.
*Development of the overall vision that underlies the projected solution and transforms that vision through execution into the solution.
Improve customer service by making a commitment to learning what customers’ needs and wants are, and developing an action plans that implement customer friendly processes.
*Increasing sales revenue by extending credit to customers who are deemed a good credit risk.
*Minimising risk of loss from bad debts by restricting or denying credit to customers who are not a good credit risk.
